There is majorly 2 types of properties. First one is authorized property and second is unauthorized property.
Authorized Property
Authorized Property can be further classified in to 3 categories. And based on these category loan from different banks and NBFC can be availed
- In Noida there are authorities like Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Housing Board etc. which developers and allots properties in different sectors and housing societies. Approval to the development master plan by NCR planning board has paved way for rapid infrastructure, social and cultural development in this area.
